Porch & entry refresh

Porch swept, cobwebs down, mats shaken out, door and ground-floor glass wiped so the entry looks cared for.

What it is

The first thing guests see, swept, dusted and wiped.

A winter porch collects cobwebs, grit, salt and leaves. This visit resets it: cobwebs dusted from the corners and fixtures, mats shaken, porch and steps swept, furniture and pots moved and put back, the door, handle, kick plate, mailbox and reachable glass wiped with mild soap and water.

No pressure washer and no chemicals, and nothing above what a crew member can reach flat-footed with an extension duster.

When to book it

Any time the entry looks tired: before holiday guests, after a windy stretch, or once the snow is done. It pairs well with a patio sweep in spring.

What the sizes mean

  • Small: Up to 1,500 sq ft, about 30 × 50 ft or less. Townhome or patio-home yard, or the front of most suburban lots.
  • Medium: 1,500–3,500 sq ft, about 50 × 70 ft. The back yard of the usual suburban lot.
  • Large: 3,500–7,000 sq ft, about 70 × 100 ft. Quarter-acre lots and up, or anything with mature cottonwoods.

Sizes are per part, so a small front and a medium back is normal. Not sure? Pick the bigger one; if it turns out smaller you pay the smaller price.
