Scope

Each service lists exactly what's included. Anything outside that scope is a separate booking. If the yard is materially larger than the size booked, we'll tell you before starting and offer the correct price. If it's smaller, you pay the smaller size.

Scheduling and weather

You book a three-day window; we confirm the day the evening before. Rain, snow or wind can push a job within or just past the window. You can cancel free any time before a crew member checks in.

If no crew member has claimed your job by the end of the last day of your window, we mark it unfilled, email you the same day, charge nothing, and release any card hold. You can rebook a new window from that email.

Payment

We save a card when you book and charge it only after the job is submitted with photos and reviewed. The charge goes through when our team approves the photos. If you reply within 24 hours of the completion email with a concern, we send the crew back, adjust the price or refund, your call. Tips are optional, charged separately, and passed to the crew in full.

Who does the work

Crew members are employees of Wild Fox Painting Inc., 16 to 21 years old when they join. They work from a checklist with photo review; they are not professional landscapers, and the price reflects that. Our photo review and the 24-hour window to flag a problem are how we make it right when a job falls short.

Property and safety

Please keep pets inside, unlock gates for the window, and tell us about anything hidden under leaves. Crew members are covered by our liability and workers' compensation insurance.

Crew members work outdoors only, in daylight, and will not enter a house, garage or vehicle. Please do not invite them in, offer rides, or pay them directly. Crew members may bring a partner on any job; it is their call. For crew under 18, their parent or guardian is notified at check-in and completion. A crew member may leave any job where they feel unsafe; we will contact you, and nothing is charged for an unfinished visit.
