Work with us · ages 16 to 21

Join the crew.

A real first job: W-2 pay through payroll for every job you finish, hours you choose, jobs near home, and a team that teaches you how to do it right.

What the job is

Outside, near home, on your own schedule.

Rake leaves and do small yard jobs for neighbors. Pick the jobs you want from the app, see the pay before you claim, show up in the window, work a checklist, take photos, get paid through payroll. Work is seasonal and depends on bookings near you, so think of it as extra, not a schedule.

You'll learn to show up, finish, take a good photo and ask for help. Those are the skills every future boss is looking for, and you get paid to practice them. Partner up with a friend on any job; each of you is paid your own share.

How it goes: apply (five minutes), confirm your email, read the leaf raking guide in the app and pass the test on it, ops approves you and verifies your ID, and jobs near home show up on your board.

About the ID check. You will prove your age and identity once, at payroll onboarding: a passport, a state ID or driver's license, or a school ID with a photo plus your birth certificate or Social Security card. No license needed; a free state ID from the DMV works.

Ages
16 to 21 to join. Nobody is removed on a birthday, but it is a first job, not a career: past 21 we point you toward the trades.
16 or 17
A parent or guardian signs off in the application. They get an email when you check in and when you finish every job.
18 to 21
You apply on your own; no parent needed.
After 21
A good record here is a reference into the trades: an introduction when a crew is hiring, or first look at an entry-level role.
Pay
W-2 through payroll, per job, with your time logged in the app. Tips go to you in full.
Hiring now
Around Castle Rock, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Lone Tree, Parker. Opening new areas wherever teens sign up.
Parents
Filling this in for your kid? Good. Seasons is a few hours a week outside, away from the screen, earning a real paycheck. Hand them the phone for the parts only they can answer.

Application

Five minutes, then confirm your email.

About you
Where you'll work from

We match jobs by distance from your ZIP. Customers never see where you live.

How you'll get to jobs

Driving yourself to a job is fine, and riding with a partner is between the two of you. Driving is never part of the work: no hauling.

When you can usually work

Tap every time that usually works. You still choose each job yourself.

Crew basics
  • Show up in your window. You pick your day when you claim a job. Can't make it? Give the job back in the app so someone else can take it.
  • A guide and a short test for every service. A guide to read and a test to pass, in the app. Each one you pass clears you for that service; most people start with leaf raking.
  • Photos on every job. At least one before and two after. No photos, no submit.
  • Indoor work is 18 and over, with a background check. Yard jobs need none. If you want indoor jobs once you're 18, Seasons orders and pays for the check; nothing comes out of your pay.
  • Tools. Bring what you have; a rake and gloves from the garage is a full kit for leaf raking. Anything else a service needs, Seasons gives you free once you're cleared for it. Nothing comes out of your pay.
  • Safety first. Rakes, brooms and bags: no ladders, roofs, gas equipment or hauling. A battery leaf blower you bring yourself is fine for beds and hard surfaces unless the booking says "rakes only" (you look after your own gear; we don't insure it). Gloves and closed shoes. If anything feels unsafe, stop, leave and tell us in the app.
  • You don't sell. Questions about painting or other work go to us, never a quote from you.
  • You're a Wild Fox Painting W-2 employee. Pay is per job, with your time logged in the app. Your W-4 and payroll details come by email from our payroll provider.
  • Your safety comes first, always. You work outside only and never go inside a house or garage, even if invited. Daylight hours only. Back yards are out of sight of the street; bring a partner on any job if you'd feel better, it's your call and the app makes it easy. Every customer has a card, an email and a phone number on file with us, and your parent or guardian (if you're under 18) gets a note when you check in and when you finish. Keep your phone on you; you never give out your number, take a ride, or accept cash. If anything feels wrong, leave first and tap Stop this job safely after. Call 911 if you need to. You will never be in trouble for leaving.
  • Crews are fine, cash isn't. Partner up with another crew member and split a job in the app; each of you is paid your own share through payroll. Never pay a helper yourself. How you get there is between you: drivers 16 and 17 on a Colorado first-year license can't carry friends, so check before you ride together.

Next: confirm your email, sign in, read the leaf raking guide in the app and pass the test on it, then ops approves you. Already applied? Sign in.
