Wild Fox Seasons is a service of Wild Fox Painting Inc. This page summarizes what we collect and why.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone, service address and yard details so we can do the job and reach you about it. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store the number.

Photos

Crew members take before and after photos of the work area. They are stored privately, shared with you, and used to resolve any dispute. We do not post them publicly without asking.

Crew members

We collect what payroll and insurance require, including date of birth and, for anyone under 18, a parent or guardian contact. Location is only recorded when you check in to a job, and only if you allow it.

Marketing

We only send offers from the Wild Fox family if you tick the box when booking. Service emails about your booking are always sent.

Analytics and cookies

On wildfoxseasons.com we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people book. They set cookies and send your IP address and pages viewed to Google. We never load them on your booking pages, crew pages or any page with a private link. To opt out, use a browser setting such as Global Privacy Control, the Google Analytics opt-out, or block third-party scripts; the site works the same without them. Sign-in and form-safety cookies are strictly necessary and carry no tracking.
