Who does what
Different teams, different work, the same standard.
The professional divisions are separate specialty teams with their own crews, equipment and insurance, held to the same Wild Fox standard: show up when we said, do what we quoted, photograph the work, fix anything that isn't right.
Seasons exists because those professional crews started somewhere. It's a first job and a way to find out whether a trade is for you. The painters and finishers are the destination; a few of the teens may one day knock on that door.
Where the professionals work
Painting and Drywall serve Colorado's Front Range, based in Littleton. Seasons runs wherever teens sign up, so if you're booking Seasons outside Colorado, the professional divisions can't come to you yet.

For crew members
What happens after Seasons.
Seasons takes crew members from 16 to 21. Nobody is removed on a birthday, but the jobs stay small and seasonal. A crew member who turns 21, or who wants more than a few hours of raking, can ask us about the trades.
Here is the honest shape of that. A spot on a professional crew is earned, not handed out, and we cannot simply put someone new on a job. What we can do for a crew member with a good Seasons record (jobs finished, photos taken, customers happy, no drama) is vouch for them: a reference, an introduction when a crew is hiring, and first look at any entry-level role we open, from shop prep to deliveries. It is a door, not a program, and it is not automatic.
Outside Colorado there is no professional division yet. Do well on Seasons, and if the family opens a trade near you, we will let you know.
