Service

One service per booking. Once this one is booked, you can add another for the same day in one click.

What's included

Included: sweeping porch and steps, extension-duster cobwebs, mats, wiping the front door and reachable ground-floor windows. Not included: pressure washing, ladders, upper windows.

You have ready

  • Outdoor spigot turned on, with a hose if you have one.
  • Anything fragile on the porch (pots, decor) moved aside or pointed out.
  • Dogs inside for the visit.

The crew brings: Broom, extendable duster, bucket, cloths, mild soap, squeegee.

Damaged or stained is different than dirty. This is a cleaning. The crew takes off dirt, dust, cobwebs, grime and fingerprints with real effort and a product that suits the surface. What it won't do is change anything permanent or set in: worn or chipped paint, scuffs that went through the finish, water marks in wood, rust, dents, old scratches, sun fading, hard-water etching on glass, or stains that have soaked into grout, fabric or bare wood. Those need a painter or a refinisher, not a cloth. If you're not sure which you're looking at, send a photo with the booking and we'll tell you honestly before anyone comes out.

The honest part. Seasons is new. We expect most jobs to be claimed by a local crew member within a day or two of booking and to happen as planned, but some won't be. Some don't: nobody claims the job, weather stops it, or the crew member who claimed it gets sick, and another crew member may not be free to pick it up. When that happens we email you, nothing is charged, and you can rebook in one click or walk away. We'd rather say that plainly than promise what a small crew can't.

Porch size

Who's coming, and the house rules. Your crew member is a local teen or young adult, trained and insured, often working their first real job. They work outside only and won't come inside, even if invited; they work in daylight; they won't take cash, rides or your phone number; and they'll leave if anything feels wrong. Please keep dogs inside and gates unlocked. A friendly hello is the best thing you can do for them.

Step 3 of 5When

Start of your three-day window

Your window is the day you pick plus the two after it. We confirm the exact day the evening before.

Will you be home?
