What it is
Outdoor furniture and railings washed, dried and set back.
Tables, chairs and deck railings washed with mild soap and water, rinsed, towel-dried so metal and glass don't spot, cushions shaken out and brushed, and the patio swept underneath. Everything goes back exactly where it was.
Never a pressure washer and never bleach, which is why it's safe on glass, powder-coated metal and finished wood.
When to book it
At the start of the season, and after the cottonwoods or a dust storm.
