Patio & walkway sweep
Petals, winter grit and leaves swept off patios, walks and steps; outdoor furniture wiped down.
What it is
Patio, walks and steps swept, furniture wiped.
Spring petals, cottonwood fluff, grit and leaves collect on hard surfaces and in the joints. A sweep visit clears the patio, walks and steps, moves and replaces the furniture to get under it, and wipes tables and chairs with a damp cloth.
A broom and a dustpan, plus a battery blower for the grit if your booking allows it. No pressure washer.
When to book it
Before the first patio dinner of the year, and again when the cottonwoods are done.

No. For stained concrete or green algae you want a pressure-washing company. This is a thorough sweep and wipe.
