What it is
Burned-out bulbs replaced in fixtures you can reach.
You provide the bulbs; the crew member swaps up to eight into lamps, ceiling fixtures and fans reachable flat-footed or from a two-step stool they bring, tests each one, puts covers back, and bags the old bulbs with LEDs and CFLs kept separate.
Nothing on a ladder, nothing hard-wired that needs a tool, and no diagnosing a switch that doesn't work; that gets noted for an electrician.
When to book it
Whenever a few have gone, or quarterly in a plan with the filters.

- swapping burned-out bulbs for bulbs the customer provides in lamps, ceiling fixtures and fans reachable flat-footed or from a 2-step stool the crew brings, old bulbs bagged.
- Not included
- buying bulbs, anything on a ladder, hard-wired fixtures that need tools, dimmer or switch problems, recessed cans above 9 ft.
- What done looks like
- The checklist and the before-and-after photos the crew is held to.

- Who does it
- A crew member 18 or older, ID verified, background-checked, trained and tested on this exact job, insured by Wild Fox. An adult who lives there is home the whole time; nothing on a ladder, nothing heavy, nothing with strong chemicals. Our team reviews the checklist and any photos you allowed before you are charged.
On the day
How a light bulb replacement visit goes.
- Two-hour arrival window, adult at home, bulbs on the counter.
- Each listed fixture: cover off, bulb swapped, tested, cover on.
- Old bulbs bagged by type.
- Anything that still doesn't light is noted, submit.
