What it is
An hour of simple household chores from a short, approved list.
For the small things that pile up: dusting reachable surfaces, wiping switch plates and handles, tidying the mudroom, shaking out mats, sweeping the laundry room, wiping the inside of a patio door. You pick from the list when you book; the crew member works the hour and ticks each one off.
Not on the list: deep cleaning, bathrooms, laundry, dishes, organizing, pet messes, anything on a ladder or with strong chemicals. If it isn't on the list, it isn't the job, which is how a teenager and a homeowner both stay comfortable.
When to book it
Weekly or monthly in a plan for the busy stretches of the year, or once before guests.

- anything not on the list, deep cleaning, bathrooms, organizing, laundry, dishes, pet messes, anything on a ladder or with chemicals.

- The checklist and the before-and-after photos the crew is held to.

- Who does it
- A crew member 18 or older, ID verified, background-checked, trained and tested on this exact job, insured by Wild Fox. An adult who lives there is home the whole time; nothing on a ladder, nothing heavy, nothing with strong chemicals. Our team reviews the checklist and any photos you allowed before you are charged.
On the day
How a other light maintenance visit goes.
- Two-hour arrival window, adult at home.
- You hand over the list you picked at booking; the crew member works it in order.
- Time logged in the app; each chore ticked as it's done.
- After photos where allowed, submit, review, charge.
