What it is
Your filters swapped the right way round, on schedule.
The most skipped chore in the house. You buy the filters; the crew member swaps them into every return and furnace slot that can be reached without a ladder, arrow pointed toward the unit, writes the date on the edge, bags the old ones and notes the sizes for next time.
No tools, no panels that need a screwdriver, no attic units. If a slot needs any of that, it's noted and left alone.
When to book it
Quarterly for most houses, monthly with pets. On a plan it just happens; we can also remind you when it's due.

- $25 flat per visit, one-time or on a plan. Final when interior opens.

- replacing furnace and return-air filters the customer has bought, in locations reachable without a ladder, arrows pointed the right way, old filters bagged, date written on the new filter edge.

- buying filters, attic or crawlspace units, anything behind a panel that needs tools, thermostat changes.
- What done looks like
- The checklist and the before-and-after photos the crew is held to.

- Who does it
- A crew member 18 or older, ID verified, background-checked, trained and tested on this exact job, insured by Wild Fox. An adult who lives there is home the whole time; nothing on a ladder, nothing heavy, nothing with strong chemicals. Our team reviews the checklist and any photos you allowed before you are charged.
