Service

One service per booking. Once this one is booked, you can add another for the same day in one click.

What's included

Included: raking leaves from the lawn, walkways, patio and driveway in the areas you choose; bagging in standard lawn bags; bags stacked where the customer asked. Add-on: garden beds and borders cleared by hand around plants. Not included: haul-away, gutters, roofs, anything that needs a ladder or gas equipment, tree or shrub work, cutting plants back (that's Garden bed put-to-bed). The crew brings the rakes. Please leave out the bags your pickup accepts (paper yard bags, or whatever your hauler takes), unlock the gates and keep pets inside during the visit.

You have ready

  • Bags your pickup accepts (paper yard bags, or whatever your hauler takes), left at the bag spot you chose. Plan on more than you think; the crew brings a few spares.
  • Toys, hoses and furniture off the lawn if you can; the crew moves what's light.
  • Gate unlocked, dogs inside for the visit.
  • Sprinklers off that morning.

The crew brings: Rakes, gloves, spare bags, tarp, and a battery blower only if you allowed one.

The honest part. Seasons is new. We expect most jobs to be claimed by a local crew member within a day or two of booking and to happen as planned, but some won't be. Some don't: nobody claims the job, weather stops it, or the crew member who claimed it gets sick, and another crew member may not be free to pick it up. When that happens we email you, nothing is charged, and you can rebook in one click or walk away. We'd rather say that plainly than promise what a small crew can't.

Yard size

How to pick a size (so you're not guessing)

Size is the part we will rake (front or back on its own), not your whole lot. Pace it off: a normal stride is about 3 ft, so a front yard 10 strides wide and 15 deep is about 30 × 45 ft, which is small. Most suburban fronts are small; most backs are medium.

SizeAreaIn feetTypicalTreesBags
SmallUp to 1,500 sq ftAbout 30 × 50 ft or lessTownhome or patio-home yard, or the front of most suburban lots1–2 trees3–5 bags
Medium1,500–3,500 sq ftAbout 50 × 70 ftThe back yard of the usual suburban lot3–5 trees5–10 bags
Large3,500–7,000 sq ftAbout 70 × 100 ftQuarter-acre lots and up, or anything with mature cottonwoods6+ trees10–18 bags

Not sure? Pick the bigger one. If the crew finds it's smaller, you pay the smaller price. If it's bigger than booked, we tell you before anyone starts and you choose. Add a photo below and we'll confirm the size before the visit.

Add to this visit (optional)

Who's coming, and the house rules. Your crew member is a local teen or young adult, trained and insured, often working their first real job. They work outside only and won't come inside, even if invited; they work in daylight; they won't take cash, rides or your phone number; and they'll leave if anything feels wrong. Please keep dogs inside and gates unlocked. A friendly hello is the best thing you can do for them.

Step 3 of 5When

Start of your three-day window

Your window is the day you pick plus the two after it. We confirm the exact day the evening before.

A quick shot of the yard helps your crew member plan.

Where should the full bags go?

We don't know your pickup day, so the bags go where you say. The crew never hauls.
